Information on the Processing of Personal Data pursuant to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP)

Dr. med. Katharina Sirch (hereinafter referred to as "the Company,” “Botox Lugano,” or “We”), with registered office at Via delle Scuole 3, 6900 Paradiso, Switzerland, provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we process personal data voluntarily shared within the scope of professional engagements and other interactions with us. The Company has not appointed a Data Protection Advisor (DPA) under the FADP.

(b) Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing

Fulfilling all obligations arising from a professional assignment for assistance or consultancy, including preliminary assessments;

Complying with legal or regulatory obligations under Swiss law, such as maintaining accounting records, fulfilling tax duties, or meeting legal disclosure or reporting obligations;

Exercising or defending legal claims.

(ii) Only with your explicit consent, for:

Evaluating collaboration opportunities;

Organizing events, seminars, courses, or other professional/scientific activities not directly related to a professional engagement;

Sending newsletters, surveys, review requests, and informational material.

Providing data for the purposes listed under (i) is essential and mandatory. Refusal may prevent the Company from fulfilling its obligations. For purposes under (ii), data is provided voluntarily and may be withdrawn at any time.

(c) Categories of Personal Data Processed

The types of personal data we may process include:

For professional assignments (section b(i)): full name, address, contact details (email, phone), AHV number (if applicable), professional title, company affiliation, and any other details necessary for rendering advice or services.

For communication and event purposes (section b(ii)): name, address, contact details, profession or affiliation.

Sensitive personal data (e.g., health-related information) will only be processed with your explicit consent or when necessary for the performance of the services.

(d) Recipients of Personal Data

Data may be shared with:

Authorized personnel and consultants of the Company;

External advisors and professionals assisting in the delivery of services;

Swiss public authorities, courts, or regulatory bodies as required by law.

Your data will not be made public or transferred for marketing purposes without your consent.
